Norwood a Grand Prize Best Staffing Firm to Work For winner from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA)
Work-life balance.
For many companies, just a concept. A nice-to-have.
At Norwood, we live it.
And now we’re proud to be recognized for it.
Last year we were named a Best Staffing Firm to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).
This year we took it up a notch and won Grand Prize in the 21-50 employees category.
You’ll find our story on the SIA website (see link below), along with some pictures from our recent company retreat to Dripping Springs, TX. Which was three days where work was not mentioned.
We need work-life balance because we work hard. We travel to conferences and client sites to meet our people where they are. We onboard coding, CDI, and registry professionals with great care and deliberation. We call it “people experience,” and there are no shortcuts.
We’re proud of the company we’ve built, and confident that you won’t find another fiercely independent, privately-held company in the mid-revenue cycle that works harder to offer the same creative solutions and personal service as Norwood.
And we play hard too. Ask about human foosball or the most intense rock-paper-scissors game you can imagine.
We’re glad our people love working here. And have been recognized for it.
Thank you, SIA.
