Credentials & Requirements
- Required Credentials: CCDS or CDIP
- FMD / RN / Coder / Either: FMG Preferred, Open to RN, 5 yrs clinical experience
Workflow & Systems
Training: Up to 2 weeks of shadowing, 7 AM-5 PM PT; may be shorter with Nuance experience. Schedule
flexibility may be considered after competency and productivity are demonstrated.
Workflow: Approximately 90% concurrent reviews and 10% retrospective PSI follow-up. Maintain rereviews, query writing, and reconciliation in addition to new-account productivity.
Candidate: CCDS or CDIP required. FMG preferred; experienced RNs also considered. Minimum 5 years of
clinical experience, strong clinical reasoning, chart interpretation, and clinical-validation expertise.
Systems: Solventum/3M 360 experience preferred for the future-state platform; Cerner and Nuance required
Scope: Reviews only. No routine physician education; physician contact limited to provider follow-up
