- Audit Program: In training, 2-3 times per week. Then once a week, from there, down to monthly.
- All urgent care is currently heavily outsourced and off shored. Trying to bring it back in local. Looking at about 10-20CPH. Thinking about 100 per day. It is hard for her to set strict productivity measurements at this time since she doesn't have a full pulse on what the current standard is.
- Training will mirror HCC Coder Process. Day and a half off walking through workflow and then doing QA.
- Centralized work queue.
- Hoping to interview next week. ASAP Start Date
