Location: Remote
- Required surgical background: General, colorectal, vascular (highly preferred.) IR, cardiology and/or GYN experience a bonus
- Systems Used: EPIC, Select Coder, Healthicity
- Schedule: 8AM-4PM EST
- Fully remote
- Strong personality to handle different range of provider personalities
- Educators assigned to specific service lines and physicians. Handles onboarding for new providers and practices. Conducts regular meetings, coding reviews, and acts as a liaison between coders and providers.
- Will deliver both group and 1v1 education and will need to be comfortable with PP, researching regulatory issues, providing training and auditing assigned coders 2x annually.
