We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Solutions Project Coordinator to be the backbone of the Solutions team by supporting multiple projects and working across teams to help drive internal and external organizational value.

This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Project Support Manager.

You’re excited about this role because you’ll get to:
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder schedules and logistics for project activities and onsite visits, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
• Manage and manipulate large datasets to support project reporting and analytics needs using visualization and automation tools
• Build and maintain project dashboards and reports to track project metrics, resource utilization, and key performance indicators
• Draft meeting agendas and document follow-ups and action items to ensure clear communication and accountability across the team
• Execute assigned project deliverables, including detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze and track project progress, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring key milestones are met
• Support lead generation and requisitions for Solutions project by performing job entry, interview coordination, and other related tasks
• Collaborate with project leads and Solutions leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues as appropriate
• Support Solutions program communication plan and execution, including:
o Track and provide regular project status updates (including budget and timeline)
o Support managing project resources
o Serve as main POC for client project lead to establish and maintain communication cadence
We’re excited about you because you:
• Have at least 1-3 years in a support, data analytics, or project coordination role, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
• Prior experience in analytics or reporting is a huge plus!
• Have previously worked for a healthcare consulting or technology firm (previous experience with revenue cycle industry and/or start up are strongly preferred)
• Are an organizational master – able to keep track of multiple tasks and priorities while hitting deadlines and proactively communicating to stakeholders
• Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Are comfortable pivoting based on team, company or client needs
• Consistently deliver high quality work that drives positive impact
• Lean into difficult or ambiguous situations with a result oriented and collaborative mindset
• Bring a strong track record of building, developing, and maintaining relationships with just about anyone through your written and verbal communication
• Exhibit a strong attention to detail and hold yourself to a high-quality standard (nothing gets by you!)
• Can effectively work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
