As a business development manager for Norwood I found a profession and a company that combines my twin passions: Building relationships, and helping everyday folks. There is no better feeling than giving someone the news on a Friday full of stress filled interviews that, “they got the job.”

Since the start of my professional matchmaking career in 2017, my sole focus has been in mid-revenue cycle staffing, consulting, and education. I combine amazing opportunities with amazing individuals. I have worked with some of the largest groups in the country down to small individual provider practices, and my broad experience allows to me understand all aspects of the healthcare industry and bring subject matter expertise and decision making to any talent augmentation need. 

I currently reside in the Lone Star State on the east side of the Houston suburbs with my beautiful wife and two wonderful boys – Taylor, Jett, and Judd. In my spare time, I am a big Houston sports fan who enjoys softball, outdoors and raising two young men.
