Outpatient Risk Adjustment CDI Manager
Norwood is seeking a full-time, remote Outpatient Risk Adjustment CDI Manager to lead an ambulatory CDI program.
The Manager will support improvements in the quality and completeness of medical-record documentation through prospective and retrospective review processes. This position will oversee the prospective review process and collaborate with physicians, CDI specialists, coding teams, population health, and quality departments.
The Manager will support program-metric transparency, documentation quality, risk-adjustment accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. The role also includes quality-assurance reviews for Pre-Visit and Post-Visit/Pre-Bill team members.
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- At least three years of experience leading outpatient or ambulatory CDI
- CRC preferred; CPC or CCS considered
- CCDS-O or CDEO a plus
- Experience with prospective and retrospective outpatient CDI processes
- Experience with Epic and Stanson
- Advanced Excel and outcome-reporting skills
- Ability to complete at least 2.5 QA reviews per hour
- Ability to maintain at least 95% quality
This is a full-time, remote assignment currently targeted to begin November 16, 2026. The Manager must be available to support the CDI team, Solutions leadership, and the Wellstar partner.
