We are looking for a results and relationship-driven Account Executive to drive new business growth and expanding existing client relationships for the Solutions business portfolio. The Solutions Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, working alongside them to identify value-add opportunities to further their organizational goals.
The ideal individual possesses a high sense of urgency, a passion for continuous learning, and puts relationships, integrity, and authenticity front and center to make their 90,000 hours matter for something beyond punching a clock.

You’re excited about this role because you’ll get to:
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, ensuring pipeline coverage ratios support target achievement
• Lead the development of proposals and client presentations, ensuring deliverables are customized, solution-oriented, and aligned with Norwood’s value proposition
• Update and maintain CRM records with accurate opportunity stages, activity notes, and forecasting data
• Drive expansion within existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, cultivating executive relationships, and partnering with delivery teams to demonstrate ongoing value
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews with leadership to ensure opportunities are advancing and risks are proactively mitigated
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers in healthcare (hospital systems, payers, physician groups, and revenue cycle leaders) especially within executive level
• Present and position Norwood’s Solutions offerings in alignment with client needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to align client needs with solutions
• Partner with marketing to support targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and event participation that generate new leads
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare regulations impacting mid-revenue cycle operations
• Represent Norwood at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand network and build brand presence
We’re excited about you because you:
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Have at least 5+ years’ sales experience with progressive role responsibility over time
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing executive relationships
• Bring a strong knowledge of healthcare (mid-revenue cycle is a plus!)
• Drive negotiations and tackle difficult discussions head on in a collaborative and respectful manner
• Bring prior experience managing a complex pipeline and leveraging CRM systems to measure progress and forecast revenue
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, prioritization, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Successfully navigate a consultative sales environment and articulate complex solutions in a clear, compelling way
• Are a self-starter and thrive in a fast-faced environment
• Are excited and able to travel (up to 25-50%) onsite to Norwood’s partners and to industry events
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
