IP CDI needed;
They must have 3M 360 experience
- Must have RN and CCDS
- Must have 5 years CDI
- MUST have a coding piece, either a CCS or have taken a coding class for ICD10 PCS and CM, and familiar with coding guidelines, patient indicators and HACS, they have to understand 3M edits as they come up
- Candidate has to be VERY strong- too many new employees and no time to train, complex cases
Must have RN and CCDS
