Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Our partner is looking to fill multiple openings for Licensed Clinical Social Workers at a short term acute care facility in Northern Arizona.

Job expectations to include:

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct substance abuse evaluations for patients seeking residential treatment and/or outpatient substance abuse treatment.
• Serves as a mental health educator to health care professionals and communities within the hospital service area.

Ideal candidates will need to meet the following requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Two (2) years of progressive work experience.
• Must be independently licensed as an LCSW in the State of Arizona.
• Must possess a current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Arizona DPS Class 1 Federal Clearance Card.
• Must be able to successfully pass the Employee Health Program and background investigation.
