Norwood is a staffing and consulting company specialized in Healthcare Mid-Revenue Cycle management.  Our team of staffing experts has placed thousands of Mid-Revenue Cycle professionals in both project-based and permanent opportunities, supporting teams ranging from small, community-based hospitals to the largest healthcare systems in the nation.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will coordinate onboarding, scheduling, time sheet submission and productivity for all clients. They will also play a key role in assisting staff from an IT / technology perspective. This would include onboarding.


This position reports to the VP of Coding Services and is fully remote.



  • Coordinates scheduling for all clients
  • Run/collect and analyze production reports for all coders to track trends and adjust staffing
  • Assist with obtaining client system access
  • Work closely with client IT when access issues arise for coders
  • Develop in house procedures for tracking attendance and downtime
  • Assist with the management of coding queues to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Coordinate communication and flow of information between clients and coders
  • Promptly respond or triage requests from clients related to staffing or additional services
  • Lead, manage, and direct staff production and hours to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Coordinate with Sales & Recruiting to plan and manage resources and identify needs for new and existing clients
  • Other duties related to consultant management



  • 5+ years experience in project or client management (multiple projects/clients)
  • Strong health system knowledge
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • High sense of urgency, “one team” mindset, positive attitude
