The Audit Manager is responsible for the daily management, staff and resource allocation, and service delivery of Audit Services for Client. Scope of responsibility incudes internal audit and external audit clients.
The Manager is responsible for meeting all company, coding, and auditing metrics and KPIs. Metrics and KPI’s include quality, productivity, turnaround time, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, budget, etc. The Manager is responsible for the use of Client’s audit tool ReviewMate.
The Manager works in conjunction with the Director of Audit and Education to ensure all clients' coding quality metrics, KPI’s, and Services Level Agreement (SLA’s) are achieved. They also work with the Human Resources Department to hire, manage, and provide corrective action for auditing and education staff when necessary.
