Full time Risk Adjustment Coders needed for year round (not seasonal) large project!

Responsibilities: 

• Capture/validate ICD-10-CM risk adjustment codes as applicable. 

• Receive and implement feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained.  

• Meet or exceed quality and production standards as required.  

• Full Time Schedule required (40 hours/week) No part time opportunities available at this time.  

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk adjustment production coding. 

• Experience with multiple risk models (CMS, ACA, etc.) preferred.  

• CPC or CRC required; additional certifications preferred.  Unable to consider candidates with Apprentice credentials.

• Ability to shift between guidelines per project needs.  

• Experience with Excel, EMRs, and Encoders. 

• Computer skills proficiency – MS Windows, MS Office (including Excel), Teams, Internet, etc. 

• High Speed Internet access.

Skills Needed: 

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines and risk adjustment methodologies.  

• Reliability and determination to meet standards as expected.  

• Discipline and dedication to succeed while working remotely with minimal oversight.
