We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant, to help manage the growth within Norwood’s Solutions division. The Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant will play an integral role tracking and managing completion of various project deliverables, working with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle, and drive towards successful outcomes aimed at achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
The ideal individual possesses a high sense of urgency, a passion for continuous learning, and puts relationships, integrity, and authenticity front and center to make their 90,000 hours matter for something beyond punching a clock.
This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Sr Director of Solutions.

You’re excited about this role because you’ll get to:
Client Engagements
- Serving in a lead and/or supporting role capacity and can provide operational, project based, and/or related consulting services as needed
- Managing project deliverables including but not limited to:
- Performance metrics
- Status reports
- Team meetings and communication
- Delivery structure
- Directly providing professional, effective, and consistent delivery of consulting services on all assigned engagements, collaborating with other team members
- Working independently or as part of a project team on a client engagement. Could be full-time on a single engagement or across multiple projects
- Applying and ensuring adoption of appropriate tools and methods as needed including, but not limited to, use of status reporting, standards, tools, metrics, expectation management, change management, change control, and quality assurance methods
- Proactively managing engagement/client communications, expectation setting, and time and status reporting by leveraging effective written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to independently apply best practices and concepts from similar work to new scenarios
Internal Team Support
- Providing guidance to less experienced members of the team, as needed
- Participating in Solutions development by assisting and sharing tools, methodology, and knowledge
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
Sales and Business Development
- Joining business development efforts as a subject matter expert on delivery strategy and methodology
- Reporting potential engagement expansion opportunities identified while working on assigned engagements
- Developing materials to support sales efforts, as needed
We’re excited about you because you:
- Have at least 5+ years’ experience in some or all of the following:
- Healthcare IT/healthcare operations
- Managing delivery for several concurrent projects
- Revenue cycle management
- Risk Adjustment Coding (huge plus!)
- Worked for a healthcare staffing and/or consulting firm (previous experience in start ups are a plus)
- Possess strong project management aptitude with proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
- Understand the dynamic nature of managing delivery and expectations and can pivot and adjust to drive towards successful outcomes
- Effectively influence and communicate at the peer to C-level, both internally and client facing
- Lean into difficult or ambiguous situations with a result oriented and collaborative mindset
- Bring a strong track record of building, developing, and maintaining relationships with just about anyone
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and organizing your desk
