We are looking for a collaborative and relationship-driven Consultant Services Specialist, serving as an ambassador of Norwood’s core value “Obstacle is the Way” to provide consultants with a best-in-class employee experience throughout their assignments with Norwood. The Consultant Services Specialist will play an integral role tracking and managing completion of various access requirements, tracking consultant performance metrics, and being the go-to person for general inquiries. 
The ideal individual possesses a high sense of urgency, a passion for continuous learning, and puts relationships, integrity, and authenticity front and center to make their 90,000 hours matter for something beyond punching a clock.
This is a full-time 100% remote position reporting to the Consultant Services Manager.

You’re excited about this role because you’ll get to:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for consultants responsible for troubleshooting access issues, providing updates and ongoing communication around: productivity, accuracy, utilization and schedules  
  • Responsible for managing the consultant offboarding process including device recoupment and deprovisioning access
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure standards and processes are followed
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, proactively addressing any concerns and providing tailored solutions
  • Partner with other departments to collect and verify information related to consultant or client inquiries
  • Document, update, and communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and consistency in all communications
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze consultant performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Uphold Norwood’s commitment to excellence by maintaining the highest standards of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Generate and send reports based on client or internal requests
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects or duties as needed

  • Have at least 2+ years’ experience in a general support or substantially similar role (start-up and/or staffing experience is a huge plus!)
  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Are comfortable pivoting based on employee, company or client needs
  • Lean into difficult or ambiguous situations with a result oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Bring a strong track record of building, developing, and maintaining relationships with just about anyone through your written and verbal communication
  • Are an organizational master – able to keep track of multiple tasks and priorities while hitting deadlines and proactively communicating to stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and hold yourself to a high-quality standard (nothing gets by you!)
  • Can effectively work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
