IP and OP Coding Manager
Digging into DNFB, questions from billers- must have a strong background in IP and OP- would prefer a bit stronger on the OP side. 
Answer questions from billers- some may be coding related, some not- be able to direct what coding can assist with or direct them elsewhere. 
Work queues- accounts that get combined or overlap dates of service- analyze if the accounts per payer should be combined bill or if some of the charges should be transferred.
Work with senior team to train billers.
Ability to build a tip sheet to document the process (not policy level but more of a tool).
Work unbilled accounts- escalate those greater than 60 days (what is needed, what is the hold up, etc).
Stay on top of Physician NPI’s that is not in the databases- send to IT security to update. 
All senior coders have 5+ years- so need 5-7 years of working DNFB and coordinate with external dept to keep charts flowing.
Must really understand billing as they get accounts from Rev Integrity dept, be able to research things- quality comes in with referrals and research why its coded right or wrong, contract with physician providers- pro fee billing- they invoice analytical- so much think outside the box. 
Must have EPIC experience
Have charge master understanding
