We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Coordinator to provide support to our sales team in day-to-day servicing of our clients. This role will be the backbone of the team, providing critical support including: gathering sales lead information, inputting sales information in the CRM and managing various tasks associated with new and existing accounts while providing a top-tier customer experience.
The ideal individual possesses a high sense of urgency, a passion for continuous learning, and puts relationships, integrity, and authenticity front and center to make their 90,000 hours matter for something beyond punching a clock.
This is a full-time 100% remote position reporting to the VP, Sales.

You’re excited about this role because you’ll get to:

  • Source and manage leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential opportunities for the sales team
  • Coordinate schedules, set up interviews, and send follow ups for new and existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities
  • Troubleshoot and help to solve any onboarding related concerns or billing discrepancies with assistance from the sales team
  • Document all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Input new job orders into the CRM ensuring all details are correct
  • Provide candidates submission feedback to recruitment team
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to resolve client and/or consultant inquiries
  • Take meeting notes, track follow ups, and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

We’re excited about you because you:

  • Have at least 2+ years’ experience in a sales support or substantially similar role (start-up and/or staffing experience is a huge plus!)
  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Are the go-to person for CRM and other sales process questions
  • Lean into difficult or ambiguous situations with a result oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Bring a strong track record of building, developing, and maintaining relationships with just about anyone through your written and verbal communication
  • Are an organizational master – able to keep track of multiple tasks and priorities while hitting deadlines and proactively communicating to stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and hold yourself to a high-quality standard (nothing gets by you!)
  • Can effectively work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
